Contromatic Prima Mandiri is seeking a highly motivated Application Engineer to join our expanding team in Tangerang. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary technical resource for our customers, providing expert advice on valve and fluid control solutions. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure our products meet customer needs, and with our manufacturing team to ensure seamless production and delivery.
As an Application Engineer at Contromatic Prima Mandiri, you'll be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing valve and fluid control solutions tailored to our customers' specific requirements. You'll also play a key role in our customer training programs, helping our clients maximize the value of our products and services.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide technical support and advice to customers on valve and fluid control solutions
- Work with sales team to ensure product specifications meet customer needs
- Collaborate with manufacturing team to ensure seamless production and delivery
- Design, test, and implement valve and fluid control solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Conduct site visits and on-site technical support as needed
- Develop and deliver customer training programs
- Maintain and update technical documentation and product manuals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in valve and fluid control technology
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of valve and fluid control systems
- Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel for site visits
