📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the oil palm plantation, ensuring efficient and sustainable practices.
• Monitor and maintain the health and productivity of the palm trees, implementing necessary interventions.
• Manage and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and effective execution of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the plantation to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality of the oil palm crops.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
• Collaborate with the Estate Manager to develop and execute long-term operational plans.
• Provide training and support to field teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plantation management, preferably in oil palm operations.
• Strong understanding of sustainable agricultural practices and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with GIS and remote sensing tools for plantation monitoring.
• Knowledge of Indonesian agricultural regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
