📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our offerings.,Building and maintaining relationships with current and potential customers.,Recording and tracking customer interactions and sales.,Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.,Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.,Updating and maintaining customer databases and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Familiarity with telemarketing best practices and techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
