📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide technical support to employees and clients, including hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.

Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

Assist in the implementation of new IT technologies and systems.

Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.

Provide training and documentation to users on IT systems and software.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

Work with the IT team to improve and enhance IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.

Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
