📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily cashier operations and ensure accuracy in transactions.

Train and supervise cashier staff to maintain high service standards.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Monitor cash handling and ensure proper record-keeping.

Assist in inventory management and stock control.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.

Proven track record of managing cashier operations effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of cash handling procedures and security measures.

Good understanding of inventory management.

Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems.

Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
