📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise daily office operations,Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained,Handle office supplies and inventory,Assist in organizing and scheduling office events and meetings,Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism,Train and mentor junior office staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Boy or similar role,Proven leadership and management skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with office management software and tools,High school diploma or equivalent,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
