Sentral Wati Dental Clinic is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Mempawah. This role is crucial for managing sales operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and cash handling, with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily sales operations, including inventory tracking and reporting.,Handle all cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase revenue.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service and sales performance.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to sales and cash handling.,Prepare and submit accurate sales and financial reports on a regular basis.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and cash handling roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Previous experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting is a plus.
