📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement activities for infrastructure and facilities management, including equipment, supplies, and services.,Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of required goods and services.,Oversee the procurement process from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and value for money.,Provide guidance and support to junior procurement staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and regulations.,Proven track record of managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with healthcare industry procurement practices is a plus.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
