📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily operations of the outlet including stock control and inventory management.,Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Training and supervising junior staff members.,Promoting sales and achieving monthly targets.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.,Maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and other operational reports.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar retail or outlet management role.,Proven track record of success in managing retail operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in retail management preferred.
