📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Must be able to speak, read, and write in Indonesian fluently.
