Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
