📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and maintenance.,Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all crew members adhere to safety protocols.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and other vessels to ensure smooth operations.,Manage and supervise the crew, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and crew performance.,Handle emergencies and crises, ensuring the safety of the crew and vessel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and local language.,Knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and international conventions.,Experience in cargo handling and vessel maintenance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Valid STCW certification.
