📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure that all activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage a team of professionals and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the department at meetings and conferences and act as a liaison between the department and other departments or external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving departmental goals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
