📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the healthcare facility.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the preparation and organization of medical supplies, equipment, and medications.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and any necessary lifestyle changes.,Monitor and report any changes in a patient's condition to the head nurse or attending physician.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant healthcare regulatory body.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
