📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and supervision of daily store operations.,Oversee the performance of store staff and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Experience in inventory management and control.,Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
