In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Work closely with the management team to provide financial insights and recommendations.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors and board members.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.,Manage bank accounts and ensure secure and efficient handling of financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the finance industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
