📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are serviced regularly.,Oversee the driver roster and ensure all drivers are qualified and certified to operate the vehicles.,Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the maintenance team for resolution.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle operation and maintenance.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing vehicle routes and schedules.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet management.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
