As Head of Road Maintenance, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities on a vast network of roads, bridges, and tunnels. You will ensure that all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations, using advanced tools and technologies such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), asset management software, and pavement management systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of road maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of projects and adherence to budget.
• Lead a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of road conditions, identifying areas requiring immediate attention and long-term planning.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, utilizing data analytics and predictive maintenance techniques to optimize resource allocation and extend the lifespan of road assets.
• Collaborate with government agencies, contractors, and local stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless integration with broader infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and report on the performance of maintenance activities, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices, implementing appropriate quality control measures to maintain high standards of work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in road maintenance, with a proven track record in managing large-scale maintenance projects.
• Certification in road maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of road maintenance standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in the use of GIS, asset management software, and pavement management systems.
