📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Conduct performance appraisals and employee development programs
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using BambooHR
• Coordinate with managers to address HR needs
• Lead HR projects and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a professional services or consulting firm
• Certification in HR management (SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using HRIS systems, particularly BambooHR
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
