📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and assemble sushi rolls using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.
• Ensure all sushi dishes are presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety of our customers.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet customer demands.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in sushi preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sushi preparation or a related food service role.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese sushi techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
