As a Junior Personalia Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the HR field to gain practical experience and develop their skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with candidates and conducting initial interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR team in preparing and distributing employee communications and documents.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate or diploma holder in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic understanding of HR software and systems.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills.Good presentation and public speaking skills.Familiarity with HR best practices and standards.
