📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets and achieve their goals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Negotiate with customers to secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with company goals and strategies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote the company and generate leads.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in using sales management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
