📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
