📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and relevance,Create user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create product literature and promotional materials,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices,Contribute to the development of our technical writing processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Experience working in a collaborative environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
