Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
