Home Smart Corporindo is looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the company's fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle service.,Monitor vehicle performance and address any issues that may arise.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing vehicle routes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel occasionally for fleet inspections and maintenance.
