Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.,Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that support sales goals.,Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators to ensure targets are met.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to expand the company's reach and visibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs in Bali.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Proficient in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong problem-solving ability.
