In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Japanese-speaking customers, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. If you are fluent in Japanese and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Japanese-speaking customers with travel-related inquiries and bookings,Provide information about our tours, accommodations, and other travel services,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns and needs,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions,Promote our travel services to Japanese-speaking customers,Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers,Assist in organizing and participating in team meetings and events,Other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Previous experience in customer service or tourism industry is a plus,Ability to work well in a team environment,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with travel and tourism industry is a plus,Willingness to travel and work in different locations,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
