As an HR Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You'll also design and implement training programs to develop the skills of our employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Additionally, you'll manage HR administration tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations, using industry-standard tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Design and implement training programs to develop the skills of employees
• Manage HR administration tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
