You'll work closely with our HR team to streamline our recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in building and optimizing our recruitment funnel using tools like Greenhouse and Lever.
• Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
• Help develop and maintain our employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and recognition programs.
• Contribute to the creation and analysis of people analytics reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Collaborate with the HR team to maintain and update our HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR-related projects as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, and BambooHR.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
