• Provide expert advice on pet care, including nutrition, grooming, and training.

• Use Petco's PetCare software to manage customer interactions and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pet care, retail, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of pet nutrition, grooming, and training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Petco's PetCare software or similar tools.
• Certification in pet first aid or a related field is a plus.
