📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of machinery to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to plant systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Document and report on plant operations, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new technicians and staff.
• Participate in shift work as required to ensure continuous plant operation.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance and operations, preferably in the cement or manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with plant equipment and machinery, including crushers, mills, and kilns.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other staff.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
