📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address maintenance-related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and recorded in the company's maintenance management system (MMS).
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure readiness for any unforeseen events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a proven track record in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
