📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor store managers and sales teams to enhance performance.
• Analyze sales data using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales events and special offers.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded using QuickBooks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
